The Han culture group is in Eastern half of China. About 19 out of every twenty chinese people can be traced back to the Han ethnic group. The Han chineses constitute about 92 percent of the people's republic of china.

The Han ethnic group is a old ethnic group. It has been around since 221 b.c. It's official language is the Han language. This has also been around since 221 b.c. Many of the Hans' still follow their old traditions. They still practice Confucianism. Confucianism is not a religoin but it is more like a set of laws or a set of rules regarding relationships.
